Flow

Our Process

So that even a first-time client can feel confident reaching out, we keep our process from inquiry to delivery — and the quality management built into our design and development work — clearly defined.

Flow

From Inquiry to Delivery

So that even a first-time client can feel confident reaching out, our process is clearly defined.

1

Inquiry

Reach out via our contact form with your project details or challenges — no obligation.

2

Requirements Discussion

We discuss your requirements, budget, and schedule in detail.

3

Quote & Proposal

We present feasibility, cost estimate, and schedule, and align on the details together.

4

Contract

Once you're satisfied with the terms, we sign the contract. Given the sensitivity of technical information, we can also sign an NDA before moving into detailed discussions, if needed.

5

Design & Development

We develop circuit, PCB, FPGA, and software as one continuous process, sharing progress along the way.

6

Delivery & Support

Even after delivery, we continue to support you as needed for mass production or maintenance.

Development Process

Design & Development Process

Drawing on ISO 9001 quality management principles, we develop through a process with thorough review and verification at every stage.

1

Requirements & Spec Definition

We organize the desired functionality, performance, and constraints into a clear specification.

2

Basic Design

We design the overall system configuration and architecture, and align it with the specification.

3

Detailed Design

We carry out detailed design and simulation-based evaluation for each of circuit, PCB, FPGA, and software.

4

Prototyping

We build a prototype and verify its operation on real hardware.

5

Verification & Evaluation

We verify conformance to the specification, feeding results back into the design and improving as needed.

6

Production Design & Transition

Working with our manufacturing partners, we optimize the design and transition it for mass production.

7

Shipping & Maintenance

After shipping, we continue to provide ongoing maintenance support for issues and spec changes.
